Islamabad: Deputy Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan Nasar has extended greetings to young people across Pakistan and globally in recognition of International Youth Day, celebrated every year on August 12. In his message, Nasar underscored the essential role that youth play in shaping the future of nations, noting their potential as a source of energy, innovation, creativity, and positive change.

According to Senate of Pakistan, Nasar emphasized the substantial potential of Pakistani youth, advocating for the provision of quality education, skills development, employment opportunities, and meaningful platforms to facilitate their contribution to national development. He highlighted the necessity of investing in young people and fostering an environment that enables them to transform their ideas and talents into meaningful opportunities for themselves and the wider society.

Nasar also called for increased participation of youth in social, economic, and democratic processes. He stated that empowering young people is critical to building a peaceful, progressive, and prosperous Pakistan.
