Islamabad: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, has called for a deepening of the strategic partnership between Pakistan and Türkiye, emphasizing areas such as defense, security, trade, investment, education, and people-to-people exchanges.
According to Radio Pakistan, the remarks were made during a meeting in Islamabad with Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Türkiye, Amna Baloch. Dar highlighted the special importance Pakistan places on its close and brotherly relations with Türkiye. He also acknowledged Baloch’s dedicated service and contributions as Foreign Secretary, expressing confidence in her ability to further strengthen the bilateral ties between the two nations.
