SSP Operations Islamabad Reviews Security at Duty Points


ISLAMABAD: Following directives from Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police have implemented measures to strengthen security in the federal capital. In alignment with these efforts, SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza conducted visits to various police pickets and duty points to evaluate security protocols.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, SSP Raza’s visits focused on assessing the efficiency of current security checks and providing guidance to officers on improving these processes to safeguard citizens’ lives and property. He instructed officers to remain vigilant, conduct thorough checks on suspicious individuals and vehicles, and promptly report any unusual activities to senior officials.



During his inspections, SSP Raza emphasized the importance of maintaining respectful interactions with the public to build trust and cooperation between the police and citizens. He reiterated that the primary goal of the Islamabad Police is to protect citizens and their property, and all security measures are being executed with this aim.



The public is encouraged to assist these efforts by cooperating with police and reporting any suspicious activities directly to local police stations or through the police helpline “Pucar-15.”
