SSP Operations and SP Saddar Zone Host Open Courts to Address Public Concerns

ISLAMABAD: SSP Operations Islamabad and SP Saddar Zone have organized open courts as part of an initiative to address public grievances, following directives from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad. The open courts, held at the respective offices of SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza and SP Saddar Zone, aim to facilitate the swift resolution of citizen complaints under the Open Door Policy.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, these sessions provided citizens the opportunity to voice issues related to land encroachments and other concerns. Both police officials listened to the complaints and instructed relevant officers to pursue legal actions and submit reports within the designated time frames.

During the proceedings, the officials reiterated the Islamabad Police’s commitment to a zero-tolerance stance on violence against women and children. They underscored the importance of offering maximum relief to the public and maintaining the rule of law. Emphasizing equality, they assured that all applications would be addressed on merit, highlighting the protection of citizens’ lives, property, and dignity as a priority.
