Deputy Prime Minister Dar Commits to Strengthening Ties with Iran


Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has expressed Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing its relationship with Iran, emphasizing that dialogue and diplomacy are essential tools for resolving regional issues and fostering peace and stability.



According to Radio Pakistan, Dar conveyed this commitment during a meeting with Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam in Islamabad. The discussions centered on advancing engagement with Iran in priority sectors and assessing the evolving regional landscape. Ambassador Moghadam provided updates on the progress of various bilateral initiatives designed to bolster cooperation, following a series of recent high-level visits between the two nations.
