Islamabad, A special session of the Apex Committee, SIFC, was held to enhance strategic partnerships with friendly countries. Chaired by the Prime Minister and attended by the Chief of Army Staff, ministers, and high-level government officials, the meeting focused on reviewing and strengthening existing collaborations.
According to Press Information Department, the Committee reviewed current collaborations and unanimously approved various initiatives for engagement with friendly countries, emphasizing the speedy implementation of projects under these initiatives. The Prime Minister lauded the efforts of the concerned ministries in identifying prospective areas of collaboration and directed all stakeholders to work towards realizing long-term economic dividends. The Chief of Army Staff assured the unwavering resolve of the Pakistan Army in supporting the economic initiatives of the Government of Pakistan, highlighting the Army’s commitment to national economic development.
