Ottawa: Pakistan will continue its pursuit of peace, dialogue, cooperation, and respect among states, according to Muhammad Saleem, Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Canada.
According to Radio Pakistan, Saleem addressed an event in Ottawa marking Pakistan’s Independence Day, where he reiterated the government’s dedication to the vision of Pakistan’s founding leader, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Saleem emphasized the importance of maintaining a peaceful, democratic, and prosperous nation.
In his speech, Saleem also underscored the significant contributions of the Pakistani diaspora in Canada, noting their role in bolstering people-to-people connections between the two countries. The event highlighted Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to fostering international relations grounded in mutual respect and cooperation.
