Pakistan Secures Employment Opportunities in Saudi Arabia Through Strategic Agreements

Riyadh, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Mr. Jawad Sohrab Malik, has signed two letters of intent with Saudi conglomerates FNRCO and MAHARAH. The agreements aim to strengthen collaboration and facilitate the recruitment of Pakistani workers for large-scale projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

According to Press Information Department, the signed agreements with FNRCO, a company specializing in administrative solutions and project management, and MAHARAH, the largest human resource solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, focus on establishing training and orientation centers in Pakistan. These centers will be dedicated to developing skills in line with the demands of the Saudi labor market.

SAPM Malik expressed optimism about this collaboration, stating it represents a significant milestone in increasing recruitment avenues for Pakistan’s skilled workforce. He highlighted the mutual benefits of this partnership, with Pakistani workers gaining opportunities to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.

FNRCO and MAHARAH’s engagement in major projects, including NEOM, and their previous collaborations with entities like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and STC, position them as key players in the Saudi job market. This strategic partnership is set to enhance workforce capabilities, benefiting both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
