Islamabad Police Implements Psychological Testing to Boost Officer Capabilities


ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police has started conducting psychological tests to enhance the mental abilities and professional performance of its officers and officials.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, this initiative follows special directives from Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi. The tests aim to assess and improve mental abilities, professional attitudes, and decision-making skills of police personnel.



The tests are being conducted at Safe City Islamabad and focus on evaluating the ability of officers to work under pressure. The results will guide measures to enhance professional skills and improve efficiency.



Islamabad Police is also continuing its efforts in training and professional development to further strengthen the capabilities of its force and align practices with modern policing requirements.
