Talal Chaudhry Asserts Political Stability Will Be Maintained

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry has asserted that political stability will be upheld in the country, disallowing any attempts to create instability. He communicated this stance during a press briefing in Islamabad, emphasizing that the government will not tolerate chaos and arson in the political landscape.

According to Radio Pakistan, Chaudhry addressed a recent incident in Rawalpindi where a political worker attacked security forces and was subsequently killed in self-defense. He attributed this incident to the influence of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, which he claims has persisted in promoting negative political tactics, despite repeated requests to avoid such conduct.

Chaudhry assured that a free and fair investigation is ongoing regarding the Rawalpindi event. He reiterated that any aggression toward national institutions will be met with strict measures, underscoring the government’s commitment to maintaining order and stability.
