Supreme Court Grants AAP Extension to Vacate Party Office

New Delhi, The Supreme Court of India (SCI) has extended the deadline for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to vacate its Delhi office until August 10. This extension provides a significant relief to the party, which had initially been ordered to vacate the premises by June 15.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the AAP office is situated on a plot in Rouse Avenue allocated for the expansion of the Delhi High Court. The Supreme Court’s decision to extend the deadline came after it noted the party office’s location on land earmarked for the judiciary’s expansion.

The court’s previous order mandated AAP to vacate the premises by mid-June. However, with the extension granted today, AAP now has until August 10 to relocate its operations from the current office.
