SSP Operations Islamabad Reviews Security Plans for Eid Milad-un-Nabi Processions


Islamabad: Senior Superintendent of Police Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner General Sahibzada Muhammad Yousaf, led a meeting to evaluate the security arrangements for the upcoming Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions. The session was attended by representatives from the Islamabad Police, district administration, and organizers of the processions.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting focused on the security and administrative aspects related to the processions and religious gatherings planned for Eid Milad-un-Nabi. Detailed discussions covered the designated procession routes, entry and exit points, the safety of participants, traffic management, parking logistics, and other administrative concerns.



SSP Operations emphasized the utilization of all available resources to ensure comprehensive security for citizens and procession participants during the event. He instructed officers to enhance security measures and maintain continuous oversight of all security-related issues.



The meeting concluded with an agreement to strengthen coordination and cooperation among the Islamabad Police, district administration, and procession organizers to facilitate a peaceful and secure environment for the religious gatherings. Organizers were urged to adhere to security guidelines and cooperate fully with the police and administration.



SSP Operations reiterated that the Islamabad Police are fully committed to safeguarding the lives and property of citizens while ensuring the peaceful execution of religious events. With collaborative efforts from all relevant departments, the Eid Milad-un-Nabi programs are expected to proceed safely and peacefully.
