ISLAMABAD: SP Saddar Zone conducted an open court to address public grievances, following directives from the Inspector General of Police Islamabad. The initiative, held under the Open Door Policy, aimed to ensure the timely resolution of citizens’ issues, particularly concerning land encroachments.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, citizens presented various complaints during the session. SP Saddar Zone listened to their concerns and instructed relevant officers to take appropriate legal actions within a specified timeframe and to submit comprehensive reports. On this occasion, the SP emphasized a zero-tolerance policy against violence toward women and children, asserting that providing relief to the public and upholding the law are top priorities.
The SP further highlighted the importance of equal rights for all citizens, ensuring that all applications will be evaluated on merit. He reiterated the commitment of the Islamabad Police to protect the lives, property, and dignity of citizens.
