Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have expressed their grief over a fire incident at PIMS Hospital that resulted in tragic deaths. In separate statements, they described the deaths of newborn babies as an irreparable loss.
According to Radio Pakistan, President Zardari has directed that those responsible for the incident be identified and face legal action. A statement from the Prime Minister’s office revealed that Prime Minister Sharif has instructed authorities to conduct an immediate investigation. He emphasized that the circumstances leading to the fire must be thoroughly examined and called for the strictest possible action against those found responsible.
