During the visit, the PMIC team, accompanied by the administration of PIMS, officers of the Public Works Department (PWD), and contractors, assessed the progress made in light of directions given during their last visit. The team issued directives for the speedy and effective completion of the project, emphasizing the need to adhere to the deadlines. The project has experienced significant delays, prompting the PMIC team to stress the importance of completing the project before December 15, 2023. To monitor the progress, Chairman PMIC plans to visit the site again on December 10, 2023. A preliminary report on the project’s status will also be submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office.
