PM Kakar Lauds Saudi Arabia’s Role in Palestinian Cause at Arab-Islamic Summit

Riyadh, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar met with Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh, discussing the situation in Palestine. Prime Minister Kakar expressed appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s efforts in advocating for the Palestinian cause.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting focused on the aggression of Israeli forces in Gaza and the West Bank. Prime Minister Kakar thanked the Saudi leadership for convening the summit, emphasizing the need for international collaboration to halt Israel’s military actions against Palestinians and lift the blockade of Gaza. He condemned the Israeli bombing of civilian areas, resulting in significant loss of life. Additionally, Prime Minister Kakar reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to a two-state solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The leaders also discussed bilateral relations, agreeing to strengthen the Pakistan-Saudi economic partnership.
