Karamullah Waqasi Emphasizes National Duty for Pakistan’s Progress on Independence Day

Karachi: Spokesperson for Mayor Karachi and Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentary Leader in Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), Karamullah Waqasi, conveyed Independence Day greetings to the nation, highlighting the collective responsibility for Pakistan’s progress and stability. He emphasized unity, faith, and discipline as foundational principles for safeguarding the country’s sovereignty.

According to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Waqasi reflected on Pakistan’s creation through the historic struggle led by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the sacrifices of forefathers. He underscored the Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) ongoing commitment to democratic and economic stability, noting the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in fostering national development and public welfare. Waqasi stressed the importance of rising above political and regional differences for Pakistan’s prosperity, highlighting education, healthcare, and infrastructure as pathways to national development.
