Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has condemned an attack on the convoy of Balochistan Home Minister Zia Ullah Langov, expressing relief that Langov was unharmed. Naqvi communicated his concerns during a telephone call with the home minister, during which he also praised the Balochistan police for their successful efforts in thwarting the attack.
According to Radio Pakistan, Naqvi reaffirmed the Federal Government’s support for Balochistan, acknowledging the sacrifices made by the province’s people and police in their ongoing struggle against terrorism. He assured that the government stands steadfast alongside the Balochistan administration and its citizens.
Balochistan Home Minister Zia Ullah Langov expressed the government’s determination to continue the fight against terrorism. He emphasized that the malicious intentions of those threatening peace will be countered through united efforts.
