Islamabad: Egypt’s Foreign Minister, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, extended Independence Day greetings to Pakistan in a conversation with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, emphasizing the longstanding relationship between the two nations and aspirations for future collaboration.
According to Radio Pakistan, Dr. Abdelatty conveyed heartfelt wishes to Pakistan’s leadership, government, and people, expressing hopes for the country’s continued peace, progress, and prosperity. During the discussion, both leaders reaffirmed the strong and brotherly ties between Egypt and Pakistan. They committed to enhancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including through increased high-level exchanges and institutional engagement.
The conversation also covered regional and international developments of shared concern, with both parties agreeing to maintain close communication to address these issues.
