ISLAMABAD: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq recently led a meeting with senior police officials to assess policing matters, administrative affairs, and initiatives within the Islamabad Police departments.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting involved briefings from senior officers about their departments’ performance, ongoing initiatives, and relevant issues. Discussions focused on enhancing policing strategies, administrative management, and ensuring the timely completion of initiatives.
DIG Headquarters Tariq reviewed the reports and stressed the importance of improving ongoing initiatives. He instructed officers to monitor their departments effectively and fulfill their duties with professionalism. Tariq highlighted the need for effective supervision, coordination, and timely execution of responsibilities to enhance the police’s administrative and professional operations. He urged the use of available resources to strengthen the policing system.
