Lahore, September 06, 2023 (PPI-OT): Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi today visited Khamoshan city built in Sunder Road Raiwind. Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi reviewed the facilities provided for funerals and funerals in the city of Khomeshan. And facilities have been provided for burial in an organized manner. On the pattern of Sunder Road Raiwind, other cities will also be built in cities. Establishment of modern cemeteries is the need of the hour with increasing population. All the requirements regarding the modern cemetery have been fulfilled in the city of Khamoshan.
During the briefing, it was informed that a model cemetery has been built on 127 kanals of land on Sunder Road, Raiwind. Ambulance is also provided in the model cemetery along with a wall, cremation hall and ablution hall. More than 12,000 graves have been kept in the model cemetery. Model The fees for burial and burial in cemeteries have been reduced from 10,000 to 3,500. Citizens can call 1190 for ambulance service at Model Cemetery. Model graveyards are also being constructed in DG Khan, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Rahim Yar Khan and Sahiwal. Secretary Local Government gave a briefing about Shahr Khumoshan.
