Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has condemned the murder of Hina Javed, expressing concern over the incident and extending condolences to her family. Hina Javed was associated with the National Assembly through the National Information Technology Board from 2019 until June 2026.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, Speaker Sadiq voiced his alarm at the rising violence against women and praised the Women Parliamentary Caucus for addressing the murder of Hina Javed. He promised the Caucus full cooperation from the National Assembly in overseeing the case. The incident has been referred to the National Assembly Standing Committee on Interior, which has been tasked with submitting a report on the matter.

In a session, the House prayed for eternal peace for Hina Javed’s soul and offered support to her family during this difficult time.
