Karachi, At the fifth annual convocation of Sindh Madrasah al-Islam, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesuri highlighted the pivotal role of educated youth in the future prosperity of Pakistan. Speaking to graduates, faculty, and parents, Governor Tesuri voiced his high expectations for the youth’s impact on the country’s development.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesuri used the occasion to express his honor in participating at the convocation of the historical educational institution, famously attended by Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. He announced the establishment of an IT lab at Madrasah Islam, emphasizing the importance of modern education in historical settings.
The governor also acknowledged the efforts of parents and teachers, attributing the success of the students to their dedication. Addressing the students directly, he offered personal advice on valuing their parents’ guidance and prayers as they transition into their professional lives, urging them to contribute positively to the nation’s reputation and success.
Governor Tesuri touched on broader national issues, including economic challenges and political divisions, noting the negative international perception following the events of May 9. He praised General Asim Munir for his efforts in facilitating foreign investment through the SIFC, underscoring the importance of addressing economic crises and harnessing potential investments from Arab countries.
