Islamabad, 12 Oct 2023:Secretary Pakistan Railways Syed Mazhar Ali Shah has declared that work on the ML-1 project will commence soon, according to a press release from MOIB. During a meeting in Islamabad, Shah also informed that Pakistan Railways plans to showcase several projects for investment at the forthcoming Belt and Road Forum in China. These major initiatives involve Gwadar Connectivity, the enhancement of the Quetta-Taftan Rail Link, and a new linkage between Quetta, Zhob, and Dera Ismail Khan, among others.
