Riyadh, Jawad Sohrab Malik, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, emphasized the importance of training Pakistani workers for the Saudi hospitality industry during an interactive session in Riyadh. The event, held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Saudi Arabia, focused on expanding employment opportunities for Pakistani professionals in the Kingdom’s burgeoning hospitality sector.
According to Ministry of Overseas Pakistani and Human Resource Development, the SAPM assured the attendees of the government’s commitment to aligning training programs with the needs of the Saudi job market. Participants discussed trends in the hospitality industry, highlighting the growth spurred by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. They pointed out the necessity for skills like language proficiency in Arabic and English, along with basic training, to increase Pakistan’s representation in this rapidly expanding sector.
