DPM and UK Foreign Secretary Discuss Regional Situation Amid Global Implications


ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, engaged in a telephone conversation with UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper to discuss evolving regional developments and their wider impacts. The discussion highlighted commitments to dialogue, diplomacy, and maintaining regional and global peace.



According to Radio Pakistan, Senator Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s dedication to fostering dialogue and diplomacy as a means to achieve peace and stability. The UK Foreign Secretary expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s efforts in promoting engagement and mediation for lasting peace in the region. The conversation also touched on the global economic implications and other effects of the ongoing conflict.
