Pakistan Maintains Steady Petroleum Supplies Amid Challenges


ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has ensured sufficient stocks of petroleum products to maintain uninterrupted availability across the country until the third week of next month. This assurance was provided during a high-level meeting in Islamabad, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar.



According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting focused on the nation’s petroleum, oil, and lubricants stock levels. The Petroleum Ministry provided a comprehensive briefing on the current supply situation, emphasizing the continuous daily monitoring conducted by the National Coordination and Management Committee. This oversight aims to maintain effective supply chain management.



Ishaq Dar acknowledged the efforts of all stakeholders involved in securing a steady and reliable fuel supply nationwide. He highlighted the importance of these efforts amid ongoing global and domestic challenges affecting the energy sector.
