Reforms in PTV and Radio Pakistan Essential, Says Caretaker Information Minister Solangi

Islamabad, Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Murtaza Solangi, emphasized the necessity of administrative and technological reforms in Pakistan Television (PTV) and Radio Pakistan to elevate them to the standards of top international broadcasters. Speaking on the 59th anniversary of PTV, Solangi highlighted the vital role these state broadcasters play in reflecting the cultural, social, and artistic aspirations of the Pakistani people.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Secretary Information Shahera Shahid, also participating in the program, underscored the importance of improving skill sets within the industry. She outlined plans to upgrade media academies and integrate them into a singular media university to provide modern skills and technological training.
