Quetta Mourns the Loss of Esteemed Livestock Department Retiree Ghulam Rasool Nichari

Quetta, Ghulam Rasool Nichari, a respected retiree from the Livestock Department, has passed away, leaving a notable void within the community. His death brings sorrow to his family, friends, and colleagues across the region.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Nichari’s legacy includes a long career dedicated to the Livestock Department, contributing significantly to agricultural and livestock advancements in the area. He is survived by his sons Shahnawaz and Shaukat Nichari, and was a cousin to Mohammad Akbar Nichari, a senior clerk at the DGPR office. Further extending his family connections in the journalistic and public service spheres, he was also the maternal uncle to Mohammad Akram Nichari, the late chief editor of the daily Gul Zamin in Gwadar, and father-in-law to Mir Mohammad Nichari.

The community has gathered for his Fatiha Khwani at New Village Nichari on Samingali Road, where friends, family, and former colleagues unite to honor his memory and contributions. His passing is felt deeply by those who knew him and respected his work and commitment to the region’s development.
