President Alvi Advocates for Enhanced Pakistan-Indonesia Relations

Islamabad, In a meeting with the outgoing Indonesian Ambassador Adam Mulawarman Tugio, President Dr. Arif Alvi has expressed a desire to expand Pakistan’s multifaceted relations with Indonesia. The discussion centered on advancing trade, investment, cultural ties, and political relations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, President Alvi underscored the potential for Indonesian businesses in the Pakistani market and stressed the importance of political and cultural exchanges. Ambassador Tugio shared plans to initiate direct flights between the countries and highlighted the significant number of Pakistani students on Indonesian scholarships. The President acknowledged the Ambassador’s contributions to bilateral ties and expressed optimism for the continued growth of the relationship.
