Pakistan-Qatar IT Conference Kicks Off in Doha

ISLAMABAD, The Pakistan-Qatar IT Conference has begun in Doha, aiming to foster the IT industry in both countries. The conference is organized under the joint auspices of the Pakistan Software Houses Association and the Pakistan Business Council of Qatar.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the event was inaugurated by Caretaker Minister for IT and Telecommunication, Dr. Umar Saif. In his address, Dr. Saif showcased Pakistan’s technological capabilities to an audience comprising business leaders and government executives from Qatar.

The conference, which saw participation from the Pakistani diaspora in Qatar and representatives from 30 leading Pakistani IT companies, aims to strengthen bilateral relations. The event highlights the commitment of both countries to collaborate and capitalize on the significant, yet untapped, IT potential in Qatar for mutual benefit.
