Pakistan Condemns Iran’s Airspace Violation and Strike Resulting in Civilian Casualties


Islamabad, Pakistan has issued a strong condemnation of Iran’s recent unprovoked violation of its airspace, leading to a strike inside Pakistani territory that tragically resulted in the death of two children and injuries to three girls. This incident represents a serious breach of Pakistan’s sovereignty and raises concerns about regional stability.



According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan has expressed its deep concerns over this grave incident, stressing that such actions are completely unacceptable and could lead to severe consequences. In response to this aggressive act, Pakistan has lodged a strong protest with a senior official in the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran. Furthermore, the Iranian Charge d’affaires has been summoned to Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to face Pakistan’s strongest condemnation of this infringement of national sovereignty. Pakistan has made it clear that Iran bears full responsibility for the repercussions of this act.
