Karachi, the “Sea Guardian-2023,” a joint naval exercise between Pakistan and China, has commenced in Karachi. The exercise aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation and interoperability between the two countries’ naval forces.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi highlighted the need for precise planning during the exercise. Rear Admiral Liang Yang of the PLA (Navy) expressed his hope for a mutually beneficial and professional experience. The exercise includes advanced drills, naval maneuvers, and social activities, involving frontline destroyers, frigates, air assets, and Marines Special Forces from both navies.
