Pak-US Economic Cooperation Strengthens with SIFC Support

Islamabad: Pakistan-US economic and investment cooperation is experiencing growth, facilitated by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC). According to Radio Pakistan, US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker’s visit to the SIFC involved discussions on enhancing economic and investment ties between the two nations.

The meeting reviewed investment opportunities in sectors such as information technology and artificial intelligence. The US delegation assessed investment possibilities in the Karachi Industrial Park and other Special Economic Zones. Business prospects for US companies in Pakistan’s expanding industrial and manufacturing sectors were also emphasized.

The SIFC reaffirmed its dedication to assisting global investors and fostering a business-friendly environment. The Council is instrumental in attracting international investment, promoting sustainable partnerships, and supporting Pakistan’s economic growth.
