Naseerabad, In a significant move to bolster educational quality, the Naseerabad administration under Deputy Commissioner Batul Asadi, has initiated a comprehensive teacher training program. This initiative, supported by the Education Support Program, aims to enhance the instructional skills of educators in various tehsils of the district, impacting both girls’ and boys’ schools.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the training was conducted with the participation of notable educators including Bashir Ahmad Lahri, Education Support Program Coordinator, and Deputy District Education Officer Female Khanzadi Baloch. The workshop was designed to upgrade teaching methodologies and classroom management skills, ensuring that teachers are well-equipped to meet contemporary educational challenges.
The sessions focused on a wide range of essential pedagogical strategies, including the development of effective lesson plans, adherence to academic standards, and the implementation of National Teacher Standards which emphasize professional ethics and ongoing personal development.
