Mushaal Hussein Mullick Accuses India and Israel of Competing in Human Rights Violations

Islamabad, Special Assistance to Prime Minister on human rights and women empowerment, Mushaal Hussein Mullick, has accused India and Israel of engaging in a competition to lead the world in human rights violations. Speaking at a seminar in Islamabad, which focused on expressing solidarity with the Muslims of Kashmir, Palestine, and globally, Mullick highlighted the severe human rights violations by Israel, especially its blockade of the Gaza Strip.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, she called for the United Nations and the international community to intervene in resolving the long-standing land disputes in Kashmir and Palestine. Mullick emphasized the importance of interfaith harmony in Pakistan for establishing durable peace and progress. She also urged the nation to support her husband, Mohammad Yasin Malik, a Kashmiri Hurriyat leader, whom she claimed is unjustly imprisoned and facing a conspiracy by the Indian government to impose the death penalty.
