Srinagar, The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) is mourning the passing of the wife of Muhammad Ismail Hazar, a longstanding ally of the Mirwaiz family and a prominent member of the Awami Action Committee.
According to Kashmir Media Service, senior APHC leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq released a statement expressing his sorrow over the loss. He extended his heartfelt condolences to the Hazari family, particularly to Muhammad Ismail Hazar and his son Naseer Hazar.
A delegation from the APHC attended the funeral prayers and visited the family’s home to convey Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s sympathies and prayers for the deceased. They prayed for the eternal rest of the departed soul in Jannat-ul-Firdous and for fortitude for her family during this difficult time.
The family has announced that the Chaharum, the traditional fourth-day commemoration following a death, will take place on Sunday at their ancestral graveyard.
