Rahim Yar Khan: Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem has intervened following a triple murder in Rahim Yar Khan, demanding a report from the Regional Police Officer (RPO) Bahawalpur. The incident, occurring within the Ahmadpur Lamma Police Station jurisdiction, involved unidentified assailants who allegedly killed three individuals, Sardar Alamgir, Mashooq Hussain, and Nazim, at a local dera before fleeing.

According to Punjab Police, the Inspector General has instructed the District Police Officer (DPO) of Rahim Yar Khan to prioritize the arrest of the suspects, utilizing all available resources. In response to the incident, senior police officers and forensic teams were dispatched to the scene, where evidence was collected. The DPO has formed special police teams to conduct raids aimed at capturing the accused, with assurances of their imminent arrest.
