In Mandiki Daska, the tragic killing of two individuals has spurred the IG to require a report from the Regional Police Officer (RPO) Gujranwala, coupled with the formation of a special team by the District Police Officer (DPO) Sialkot to expedite the arrest of the accused involved. In a separate incident, the alleged rape and murder of a 7-year-old girl in the Dijkot area of Faisalabad has prompted Dr. Usman Anwar to seek a report from RPO Faisalabad and task the Chief Police Officer (CPO) Faisalabad with the immediate arrest of the suspected perpetrator(s).
