Lahore, 12 Oct 2023:Inspector General Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, and Saleem Ghauri, CEO of IT and Software Solutions Company Netsol, met at the Central Police Office to discuss matters of mutual interest, including various software developed by Punjab Police and their potential upgradation. Dr. Usman Anwar briefed Ghauri about the functioning of the police dashboard and the modern monitoring system, highlighting how Punjab Police has streamlined its public service delivery by transitioning all its operational systems to modern technology.

IG Punjab elaborated that a police feedback management system has been introduced to collate citizen feedback regarding police services, aiming to enhance public service delivery based on the received feedback. Saleem Ghauri, while reviewing the police software, offered his suggestions for upgradation and also presented his biographical book, encapsulating his professional journey, to IG Punjab. In reciprocity, Dr. Usman Anwar presented a souvenir from Punjab Police to Saleem Ghauri, concluding the meeting which also had DIG IT Ahsan Younas and other officers in attendance.
