Lahore: The Adviser to the Prime Minister on Industries and Production, Haroon Akhtar Khan, announced efforts to enhance Pakistan’s export-oriented economy in a bid for sustainable growth. Speaking at a ceremony in Lahore, Khan emphasized the government’s commitment to providing extensive facilities to investors in the industrial sector, alongside implementing measures to support businesses.
According to Radio Pakistan, Khan highlighted the importance of significantly boosting production and increasing the presence of Pakistani products in international markets. In his address, he underscored the pivotal role the textile industry plays in the nation’s economy, noting its contribution to employment for millions of people and its connections to global markets.
