Islamabad, The Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) has commenced a week-long training course titled “Exploring Concepts in Trial Procedures” for Additional District and Sessions Judges from across Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The inauguration of the course was led by Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, Director General of FJA.
According to Federal Judicial Academy, the training, which began on Monday in Islamabad, is being attended by 30 Additional District and Sessions Judges. The course covers critical areas like “Critical Thinking”, “Evidence- The Judges Perspective,” “Exploring Trial Concepts”, “Legal Research Methodology”, and “Understanding Land Revenue Records”. Other significant areas include “New Approaches to Judgment Writing,” “Sensitization about ADR Mechanisms”, “Appeal/ Review/ Revision: The Conceptual Difference,” and “Medical Jurisprudence”. The program aims to enhance the judges’ understanding and application of trial procedures in their judicial duties.
