ISLAMABAD: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Security Islamabad, Rana Umar Farooq, conducted a review of the service delivery at the Police Khidmat Markaz CASCADE, located within the Diplomatic Enclave. He was joined by SSP VVIP Security Captain (Retd.) Syed Zeeshan Haider and other police officials during the visit.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the review focused on the procedures for providing driving licenses, character certificates, and other police services to both citizens and the diplomatic community. The facilities and overall service standards were also assessed. Officers briefed DIG Farooq on the various services and arrangements available at the center.
During the visit, DIG Farooq instructed police officers to ensure the timely, transparent, and efficient delivery of services to the diplomatic community. He emphasized the importance of treating all visitors with courtesy and addressing their concerns promptly. The goal is to facilitate access to services efficiently.
DIG Farooq reiterated Islamabad Police’s commitment to utilizing all available resources to provide modern and citizen-friendly services to both citizens and diplomats. He stressed that efforts would be ongoing to improve service delivery standards and provide the best possible facilities to the public.
