ISLAMABAD: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Islamabad, Ali Waseem, conducted a detailed review of public facilities and service delivery during a visit to the G-9 and F-6 Police Facilitation Centers. The review focused on security arrangements, policing matters, and the services provided to citizens.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, during his visit, DIG Waseem met with police officers and officials, and engaged directly with citizens to listen to their issues and complaints. He instructed the officers to ensure timely, transparent, and quality police services, and to address public complaints promptly, prioritizing public convenience and citizen satisfaction.
Following the directives of DIG Waseem, SSP Investigation Salman Zafar held an open court at his office, attended by numerous citizens. SSP Zafar listened to their concerns and issued directions to the concerned officers for prompt resolution of the issues raised.
The Islamabad Police reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the lives and property of citizens while ensuring the provision of transparent and timely police services.
