Islamabad, The Supreme Court of Pakistan successfully disposed of 313 cases within the span of a week, from 20th November to 24th November 2023. This marks a significant achievement in the judiciary’s ongoing efforts to address case backlogs and deliver timely justice. During this period, 215 new cases were also instituted.
According to Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan and the Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court have shown a steadfast commitment to accelerating the disposal of cases. Their continued efforts to hear cases are focused on minimizing backlog and providing relief to litigants, showcasing the judiciary’s dedication to ensuring efficient and swift justice.
