Royal Saudi Land Forces Commander Discusses Cooperation with Pakistan Army Chief

Rawalpindi, Lieutenant General Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Mutair, Commander of the Royal Saudi Land Forces, met with Army Chief Syed Asim Munir at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting covered various areas of mutual interest, including cooperation in defence, security, military training, and discussions on the regional situation and the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. The Saudi Commander commended the Pakistan Army’s efforts in combating terrorism and acknowledged the sacrifices made for regional peace. General Munir expressed appreciation for the strategic and brotherly ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Upon his arrival at the GHQ, Lieutenant General Al-Mutair was honored with a guard of honour by a contingent of the Pakistan Army.
