Islamabad, September 17, 2023 (PPI-OT): Union of Gujar Khan PP8 Malik Sher Afgan, the general secretary and former chairman of Muslim League-N from Council Chemian met Speaker National Assembly Raja Parvez Ashraf on Friday along with his community. Khurram Parvez Raja, Shah Rukh Raja were also present in the meeting. The current political situation was discussed including the development projects to be implemented in Khan.
Former Secretary General of Muslim League-N PP8 and former Chairman Malik Sher Afgan along with his community called Pakistan Muslim League-N Khairabad, Raja Pervez Ashraf and Expressing full confidence in his leadership, he has announced to join the Pakistan People’s Party.
Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf welcomed former Secretary General Muslim League-NPP-8 and former Chairman Union Council Chemian Malik Sher Afgan and other leaders who came with them to join the Pakistan People’s Party and expressed their full participation. It was a good omen for the party’s strength. Speaker National Assembly said that Pakistan People’s Party is a people’s and parliamentary party and considers people as the source of power. It has tried to fulfill the promises made by it.
Establishment of Passport Office, Nadra Office and Sui Gas Offices in Gujjar Khan and modern equipped railway station, Panjab University Potohar Campus Gujjar Khan Rawalpindi, Sui to several union councils of Gujjar Khan. Gas supply, Safari Park and other public welfare projects were a long-standing demand of the people of Gujar Khan. He said thatWith the establishment of Passport, Nadra and Sui Gas offices, the people will not have to go around Rawalpindi and Islamabad. He further said that if the people of Gujar Khan give more opportunity to serve in the upcoming election, there would be no progress in the construction and development of Gujar Khan.
