Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif had a telephone conversation with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to express condolences on the passing of Ibrahim’s elder brother. During the call, Sharif offered prayers for the deceased and wished strength for the Malaysian leader and his family during this difficult time.
According to Press Information Department, in response, the Malaysian Prime Minister expressed gratitude for Sharif’s support. The two leaders also reiterated their shared commitment to enhancing bilateral relations between Malaysia and Pakistan, with a particular focus on economic cooperation.
