Islamabad, Pakistan has successfully conducted precision strikes against terrorist hideouts inside Iran, targeting groups responsible for recent attacks in Pakistan. This operation, codenamed ‘Marg Bar Sarmachar,’ marks a significant move in Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to combat terrorism.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the strikes utilized killer drones, rockets, loitering munitions, and stand-off weapons, with utmost care taken to avoid collateral damage. The hideouts, used by terrorist organizations such as the Balochistan Liberation Army and Balochistan Liberation Front, were effectively neutralized in this intelligence-based operation.
The ISPR identified several notorious terrorists, including Dosta alias Chairman, Bajjar alias Soghat, Sahil alias Shafaq, Asghar alias Basham, and Wazir alias Wazi, who were utilizing these hideouts. The operation underscores Pakistan Armed Forces’ commitment to maintaining a state of readiness to ensure the safety of Pakistani citizens against acts of terrorism.
