Pakistan and Malaysia Commit to Strengthening Bilateral Relations

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif engaged in a telephone conversation with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, expressing condolences over the demise of Ibrahim’s elder brother. Both leaders reiterated their commitment to enhancing bilateral ties, particularly in economic cooperation.

According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Sharif conveyed prayers for the departed soul and offered strength to Prime Minister Ibrahim and his family during this period of mourning. In response, Prime Minister Ibrahim expressed gratitude for the condolences and the support extended by Pakistan.

In addition to the expressions of sympathy, the conversation between the two leaders highlighted their mutual resolve to strengthen the relationship between Malaysia and Pakistan.
